This illustration reimagines the bittersweet essence of Taylor Swift's "Down Bad" into a
surreal visual narrative.
I portrayed the feeling of abandonment through the imagery of a person left behind by a
departing spaceship. The piece
captures the despair after being swept off into a world of excitement, only to be deserted at
the peak of vulnerability.
